Anti-ageing skincare for fine lines

Fine lines, a loss of firmness and slower recovery are a natural part of getting older. Good care makes skin look smoother and more supple; daily sun protection does the most to slow visible ageing.

How to choose

Sunscreen is the best anti-ageing product

UVA reaches the deeper layers of the skin all year round and contributes to wrinkles and pigmentation. Daily SPF 30 or higher is the most effective step you can add.

Retinal and retinol: start slowly

Vitamin A derivatives are among the best-studied ingredients for fine lines. Begin two or three evenings a week, use a moisturiser and build up gradually. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before using retinoids.

Support with peptides and moisture

Peptides, collagen, PDRN, ginseng and a good cream keep skin supple and visibly plumper. Japanese and Korean premium lines often combine these in an essence, serum and cream.

Frequently asked questions

At what age should I start anti-ageing care?

There is no fixed age. Sunscreen and moisturiser make sense at any age; add targeted products such as retinal when you want to address fine lines.

Can I use retinal and vitamin C together?

Many people use vitamin C in the morning and retinal in the evening. That keeps the routine comfortable and makes it easier to see how your skin reacts.

Does collagen in a cream rebuild my own collagen?

Collagen in skincare mainly hydrates the surface and makes skin feel smoother. It does not replace the collagen in your skin.
