Withdraw from your contract here
No account or reason is required. Enter your purchase details, review your notice and confirm it. This sends a withdrawal notice; it does not issue a refund automatically.

14 days to withdraw, then 14 days to return
Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw within 14 calendar days after the day you or your nominated recipient (other than the carrier) receive the goods. For one order delivered in parts, the period starts after the last item arrives. You may also withdraw before delivery. Send the goods back within 14 days after your notice. You do not need a reason, an account or our approval; sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.
Sealed skincare and inspection
Unused skincare with its hygiene seal intact can be returned within the withdrawal period. The hygiene exception applies only to goods supplied sealed that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. Opening an ordinary shipping box does not remove your rights. A missing outer box or inspecting an unsealed item does not automatically cancel withdrawal rights. Handle products only as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where the law allows, we may deduct only evidenced loss in value caused by excessive handling, explained to you individually.
Postage and packaging
For a change-of-mind return you pay the direct return postage, provided this was clearly disclosed before purchase. Use the published return address, pack securely and keep proof of sending. Original packaging is preferred where reasonably possible, not an absolute condition. We do not charge a restocking, administration or automatic gift penalty. Include accessories and any gift supplied as part of the returned purchase where applicable. For incorrect, damaged or non-conforming goods, we arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs.
When and how we refund
We refund without undue delay and within 14 days after your withdrawal notice. For returned goods we may wait until we receive them or you provide evidence of sending them, whichever happens first, unless we offered collection. A warehouse inspection does not start a new 14-day period. For withdrawal of the entire order we refund the standard outbound delivery charge; any extra paid for a premium service is excluded. For partial returns the original delivery charge normally remains. Refunds use the original payment method, without a refund fee, unless you expressly agree otherwise. Bank posting times may follow our refund instruction.
Faults, damage and skin reactions
The hygiene exception and 14-day withdrawal period do not limit your legal rights if goods are faulty, unsafe, wrongly supplied or otherwise do not conform to the contract. Contact us promptly with your order reference and a description; photos and batch details help where available. We do not impose a 7-day or 3-week forfeiture deadline. In the Netherlands, reporting a defect within two months after discovering it is timely. Depending on the circumstances, legal remedies include free repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or refund. Individual results vary; irritation alone does not establish a defect. Stop using a product if it causes a reaction and contact us so we can assess the product and batch without removing your rights.
