Orders, prices and confirmation
These consumer terms apply to KCJ Skin purchases through kcjskin.nl. Before payment, review the exact product, quantity, total price including applicable taxes, delivery costs, delivery estimate and withdrawal information. The final payment button creates a payment obligation. We send the contract confirmation and applicable terms on a durable medium. A pending bank transfer is not proof of payment. Obvious errors will be explained and resolved with you; we will not substitute a product or increase an agreed price without your agreement.
Product care and legal conformity
Follow the exact pack instructions, warnings, storage conditions and expiry or period-after-opening information. Product descriptions and claims must match the supplied version. Skincare guidance is general information and does not diagnose conditions or promise individual results. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory conformity rights, product-safety obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Dermal fillers and professional products
Dermal fillers, skin boosters and other products marked “Professional use only” are supplied in the manufacturer’s original packaging. They may only be administered by a qualified practitioner who is legally authorised to perform the treatment where it takes place, following the manufacturer’s instructions for use. They are not for self-administration. Before payment you confirm that the products will be used only in this way; we may cancel and refund an order if we have reasonable grounds to believe otherwise. Product pages and customer-care answers are general product information, not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan; consult a doctor or qualified practitioner before any treatment. Sterile and sealed professional products cannot be returned on withdrawal once unsealed after delivery, for health-protection reasons; unopened products in their intact seal follow the ordinary withdrawal rules. This does not limit your legal rights for faulty, unsafe or non-conforming products.
Complaints and applicable law
Send complaints to info@kcjskin.nl with enough information to identify the purchase and problem. We aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days, or explain when one can be expected. Dutch law applies without taking away mandatory protections of the law of your habitual residence where applicable. You retain access to the competent courts and statutory remedies. We do not claim membership of a dispute body or trust mark that has not been verified. Changes to these terms do not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing order.
